“It's refreshing to deal with a professional HVAC contractor who actually seems to care about the wants and needs of the customer; who takes the time to properly install and service their equipment, and who stands behind the products/service they provide. Unlike many contractors who simply want to rush in, throw things together and depart as quickly as possible, Rick and his team worked WITH us to ensure all our wants and needs were met in a timely manner. Replacing a central heating/cooling system in its entirety (heat pump, air exchanger, duct works) is no small matter…but the pros at Apex handled the old equipment's removal, installation of a new, high tech system, to include a thorough "ring out" of all mechanical aspects of the modern, up-to-date system, with professional accuracy and total regard for our heating/cooling requirements. The road to completion was made even smoother by the ease with which we were able to finance this project through the company's independent lending partner, Service Finance Company, LLC. I Was Impressed!

An Apex technician was working next door to us and noticed that one of our risers on our air conditioning unit was damaged, weed whacker attack, and he came to our door to tell us that we should replace the riser before the unit fell which would cause quite a bit of damage to our unit. I was impressed that the gentleman went out of his way to help us avoid a costly repair should that riser fail. We now use Apex Mechanical for our heating and cooling check-ups. Would highly recommend Apex Mechanical to anyone needing HVAC service.

These folks really know their heating/AC!! I have had issues with an older unit in my home for years. I dealt with 4 other companies in the area and no one could fix it. This company came in and discovered faulty wiring, burned circuits, and fixed it the same day!. They carefully explained everything- even showed me pictures of the bad areas (it is only accessible with a ladder in the attic). Their prices are SO reasonable, even for an emergency call. They repaired another unit that I was previously told needed complete replacement. This company is based on technicians that strive to fix the issues as opposed to offering expensive replacements. You are my heros!!
