“My heat pump was icing up bad! Apex was called Monday morning. Since I could not be home before 1:00PM they were able to send a technician in the afternoon. The technician's name was Lyle Ragar. He was very polite and professional. He checked out my entire heat pump system. He found a leak, replaced a defective part, added freon and made any adjustments necessary. He explained to me everything that he was doing. Lyle made sure that everything was working correctly before he left. This has been, without a doubt, the best service call experience that I have ever had.”
