“I cannot say enough good things about APEX Mechanical. I have been using them for the past two years, and every experience has been outstanding.

I originally contacted APEX through their Kansas City office and later discovered they also had a location in Sedalia, Missouri. The first time they came out, my furnace had stopped working. Technician Jimmy performed a thorough inspection and discovered there was a hole in the furnace that could have allowed carbon monoxide to leak into my home. Looking back, I realize just how fortunate my family was. Jimmy immediately explained that, for safety reasons, he could not turn the furnace back on. Instead, he took the time to check the warranty, found that the repair was covered, ordered the necessary part, and returned the following Monday to complete the repair. His honesty, professionalism, and concern for my family's safety left a lasting impression.

The next time my furnace acted up, another technician came out after it shut down during a period of heavy winds—a problem I had noticed happened occasionally. Rather than rushing through the service call, he stayed to make sure everything was operating correctly before he left. That level of care and commitment is something you simply don't find very often.

Most recently, on July 21, 2026, technician Scott came to our home. My children were just as impressed as I was. Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and completely honest. He didn't try to oversell anything or sugarcoat the situation. Instead, he clearly explained what was wrong, told us exactly what needed to happen, and let us know another technician would return the following morning.

True to their word, APEX called the next morning and sent Charlie, who quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. His work was efficient, and once again, he took the time to explain everything in a way we could understand. We never felt rushed, pressured, or taken advantage of.

One thing that consistently stands out about APEX Mechanical is their customer service. Every technician who has come to our home has been courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure the job is done right. They don't just fix the problem—they educate their customers, answer questions, and make you feel confident that your home is in good hands.

In today's world, it can be difficult to find companies you truly trust. Unfortunately, I've dealt with HVAC companies in the past that seemed more interested in selling expensive repairs than actually helping. APEX Mechanical is the complete opposite. They are honest, transparent, and truly put their customers first.
