Most recently, on July 21, 2026, technician Scott came to our home. My children were just as impressed as I was. Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and completely honest. Instead, he clearly explained what was wrong, told us exactly what needed to happen, and let us know another technician would return the following morning.

True to their word, APEX called the next morning and sent Charlie, who quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. His work was efficient, and once again, he took the time to explain everything in a way we could understand. We never felt rushed, pressured, or taken advantage of.
