“We have been Apex customers for approximently two years now with their scheduled maintence service for our heat pump. We had an old one from the 1990's era and we were trying to keep it going as long as possible. Each visit we were greeted with kind and knowledgeable men who never told us we needed a new one but just helped us limp the old one along another season. We appreciated Lyle so much during these visits, he was always very encouraging and gave us assurance that we would be okay. The day finally arrived which we were expecting when a new heat pump was necessary. Alex Thomas, Andy Irby, Adam and Mason took care of our installation and new duct work. They even had to move things in my basement to get to the crawl space and then put it all back! They had to cut new holes for returns and you would never even know it. The new furnace is so quiet and I am still blown away (literally) by the amount of air coming out of our ducts now! Rick has a great group of men working for him and I don't think you could go wrong with any of them! A special thanks to Alex Thomas for everything he did to make this a smooth transition and answering all my questions, even after hours. When they say they are there to help, they really are! Thank you guys, we really appreciate everything!!!”
